A: LinkER will pay the annual income of the signatory property owner directly using wire transfer or issuing check.
Q: DOES THE INCOME INCLUDES TAX?
A: LinkER will pay you pre-tax income.
Q: HOW DO YOU CHARGE SERVICES FEES AND TRANSACTION FEES?
A: LinkER does not charge any service fees or transaction fees to the property owner
Q: HOW DO LINKER CALCULATE THE EXPECTED RENTAL INCOME?
A: LinkER will comprehensively estimate the expected annual income based on local rental market price level and the condition ofhouse.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR TENANTS?
A: LinkER requires all tenants to have legal presence and financial ability, and will try to make sure that qualified tenants have good living habits.
Q: WHAT ARE THE COSTS YOU BEAR?
A: LinkER assumes all cost ofhousekeeping and repairs incurred during the contract period, including the repair offurniture and appliances that are normal wear and tear.
Q: DOES LINKER PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS?
A: All ofour tenant is required to purchase property insurance before they move in, not only for their benefits, but also protect your properties as well.
Q: DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD, IF THE HOUSE OR FURNITURES ARE DAMAGED (or stolen), WHO WILL RESPONSIBLE for REPAIR, REPLACE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY?
A: Under the situation that the house and furniture are normal wear and tear, LinkER will assume all cost of replace or repair. If the damage is caused by tenants, we also assume full responsibility, regardless whether the tenants pay us or not.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTION FOR RENTING PURPOSES?
A: Yes. We have strict restriction to tenants. All ofour houses, apartments, and condos are for residential purpose only, unless otherwise permitted by the owners. Illegal activities, such as casino and cannabis cultivation, are strictly prohibited
Q: DURING CONTRACT PERIOD, IF FURNITURE IS STOLEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: LinkER will fully pay the damage and loss ofthe property at the end ofthe contract.
